Meet Carolina

I have over 25 years of experience in real estate sales, I graduated from the University of West Florida with a degree in B.S. Marketing went thru the Management Skills Training program at Pepsico, graduated from the Making of a Leader program from the Orlando Regional Realtor® Association, and served on the Short Sales Task Force of ORRA.

 

Currently hold three real estate designations or certifications: GRI, TRC, and CAM and I am a CIPS candidate. This helps me be an active member of the Global Real Estate Council of Orlando and of NAHREP.

 

As a homeowner, landlord, Realtor®, and Community Association Manager, I have dealt with many aspects of the real estate world. I'm fluent in Spanish since I was born and raised in Panama and love to travel extensively overseas. These experiences have helped me to be a specialist in international marketing, having formed strong relationships with other real estate professionals in foreign countries. I presented real estate buyer's seminars in Central Florida and overseas, have served as a consultant, and marketed an upscale residential project in Panama which has helped me represent foreign nationals coming to sell the property they owned or to buy property as investments or vacation homes in Florida.

 

I am involved and have served for over a dozen years as President, Treasurer, and Secretary of various condominiums and homeowners associations locally. My goal is to provide buyers and sellers, with guidance and an in-depth knowledge base. I understand how to communicate simply and get things accomplished.
